Westview Golf Club is a family-owned, 27-hole, semi-private golf club in Aurora, ON. The club hosts two popular men’s and ladies’ leagues each year.

The Need

• Automate and simplify traditional methods of payment (cash, cheques, credit card at the counter). 
• Improve Westview’s off-season and early-season cash flow, without making a major capital investment or marketing expenditure.
• Create easier and more convenient ways for members and the public to register/purchase their league participation

The Solution

Online registrations for Leagues started with intro email in November, with cash flowing into Westview’s bank account overnight after each transaction.

The Results

By mid-January, the Ladies League was 75% sold-out and then filled with 340 registrations soon after.

All other leagues and camps on the Golf EMS system established new records in attendance and early payment

Early, well-timed, prominent web posting of leagues, clinics and camps will create interest and drive online registrations.

Email blasts to the target audience will sustain registration and help sell-out internal events.
