The Need

Allow customers to sign-up and pay online for weekly leagues, tournaments, and clinics.

Send the payment details directly to the clubs Club Prophet POS software, without any manual entry directly to the customer’s account.

Organize all clinic and tournament registrant information and allow for detailed reporting.

The Solution

Online registrations drastically reduced staff time answering the phone and taking registration details manually, and eliminate taking credit card payment over the phone.

Use the Golf EMS / Club Prophet Software API (Application Programming Interface) to track registrations and have all sign-up data automatically transfer to the POS software.

Use the clubs existing online PayRoc eCommerce processing gateway to process credit card payments, with deposits directly into the bank account.

The Results

Drastic reduction in staff administration time by replacing both manual sign-ups over the phone as well as processing credit card payments manually.
