The Need

Automate traditional methods of payment (cash, cheques) and gather detailed event and player (180-200 golfers) specifics through customized, online form registration to vastly improve day-of execution and experience.

The Solution

Simplify event-organizer workload; and enable host club/venue to collect revenue following each registration transaction, to defray upfront event costs.

All player registration information is easily accessed through detailed reporting; up to 10 different reports availbale.

The Results

TELUS started successfully using Golf EMS in 2012.
The event organizers saw significant improvements in tournament participation, organization and revenues.

When Telus moved tournament to new course venue in 2014, they insisted on the use of Golf EMS as condition of event agreement; in 2014, the event sold out in 2 weeks, 6 weeks in advance of event date.
